Cander believe in house skills should be developed to ensure knowledge and experience is retained by our Clients. As such knowledge transfer is a central theme to our consulting approach. We have found that this approach is most effective when complemented with structured training programmes.

Our approach to skills development is through Accelerated Learning. Accelerated Learning enables students to complete courses in less time (elapsed and time out of the office) than any other approach. The time saved has obvious financial implications for both, the organisation and the individuals.

Accelerated Learning is a principle of teaching, well proven for over 50 years. It was developed by psychologists to see if humans could be more effective in the way they learned information.

Simply stated we learn in different ways: visual, tactile and auditory, and everyone has a way of learning that suits them best. By rotating these approaches throughout the day, we can target each person’s preferred style – and reinforce information through the other two.

There are more advantages than just acquiring skills. For staff, our courses increase morale and promotion prospects; for organisations, they minimise the risk of being out of date with knowledge and reduce the need for external consultants.

The instructors are cross-certified industry professionals - ranging from renowned authors to senior consultants, with extensive real-world knowledge. They combine expertise with a broad understanding of how best to apply the techniques in the real world.
