No Risk. Cander has a no-obligation flexible approach that does not prohibit associated consultants from working with other organisations and therefore there is no risk to you. We just ask you to maintain commercial confidence.
Improved Day Rates. Cander aims to pay our associate consultants a day rate that outperforms the freelance marketplace, thus ensuring our associates are financially better off.
Raised Utilisation. Cander provides associates with another route to utilisation. We aim to proactively market associates in good time before their current assignments come to an end.
Social Events. At Cander we choose to enjoy what we do and like to have fun. Cander organises regular social events throughout the year to ensure we take time out of our busy schedules to relax and get to know each other. Events such as 'the 3rd Thursday club', wine tasting evening, comedy evening and the diners club are all part of the Cander social calendar.
Knowledge Base. No assignment is the same but time and effort can be saved by reusing where possible. Cander maintains a central knowledge base that is available to associates to make requests through knowledge@cander.co.uk.
