Cander was founded by a group of like minded ex ‘Big 4’ consultants who wanted to build a business that puts the success of its Clients and its guiding principles at the core of its operating model.

All of our consultants are with us not just because they have a great pedigree and are highly experienced, but also because they believe in, and practise, our core guiding principles. At Cander, our guiding principles are the basis against which we gauge our performance and is central to any propositions offered to Clients.

At Cander we also like to have fun as an organisation, and with our Clients. We spend most of our time at client offices, so it’s important to us that we get along with our clients and that together we all feel part of the same team. A team that laughs together performs better!
